What is Petite Retreat?

At Petite Retreat we offer inspiring mini-vacations with yoga, massage and mindfulness in sunny Fuerteventura, for busy women to relax and recharge. This ultimate relax experience* includes:

  • minimum 4 nights in a sea-view villa with pool in Fuerteventura**

  • All day long (!) delicious & healthy food, drinks and snacks

  • Three outside yoga or pilates lessons (only if you want to, sleeping in is just fine too)

  • One professional relaxing body massage

  • A beautiful hike along the coast and a no-nonsense ‘tasting’ of local wines

  • Daily mindfulness exercises (optional)

  • Optional add-ons like surf or dance lessons, biking or star gazing are all possible.

Antonella Coradduzza

In september 2025, we offer a 5-day programme that includes daily coaching sessions under guidance from psychologist Antonella Coradduzza. She specializes in helping women to reset their nervous system and strengthen their emotional resilience, for instance after life altering events such as a break-up, the loss of a career or illness. During the retreat Antonella’s coaching invites participants to gently reconnect with their body, breath, and inner joy. Blending trauma-informed Buddhist psychology, Nonviolent Communication, and experiential meditative practices, it fosters a deep sense of safety, emotional clarity, and inner freedom. Participants will learn to regulate their nervous system, become more emotionally literate, and rediscover the resilience already within them.

As Petite Retreat and Antonella are collaborating for the first time, we offer the retreat from 28 September to 2 October 2025 at a pilot price of €849,-.

Partipants book their own transport. Transavia flies to FUE several times a week from 89,- one way from Amsterdam. Easyjet offers even cheaper flights from Amsterdam and RyanAir has low-cost air fares from Weeze.
** Shared two-person room, sometimes a private room is also possible (+ surcharge and depending on availability).
